Self love
The purest and most genuine love.
It is giving the respect, care and love to your body; the thing it rightfully deserves. It is one's body that stays with one till the end of this life.
I have learnt that I need to be there for myself. I need to take care of myself. Give all the love to myself first, then only I would be able to love anyone else without any expectations.
I need to stop being so self-deprecating and focus on how I can improve myself and find things that give me happiness.
